Highways England said: “All lanes have now been re-opened following the earlier incident on #M18 between J4 #Armthorpe and J3 #Doncaster.”

Traffic earlier this afternoon was being diverted through Doncaster via the West Moor Link, the A18 and White Rose Way, while emergency services worked at the scene.
