Tailbacks described as parcel delivery van crashes on busy Doncaster road

Motorists say the DPD van had left Great North Road near Parrot’s Corner, Rossington, and came to a halt partially across the road around 11.20am.

One witness said the front end of the vehicle appeared damaged and appeared to have collided with something.

There was no police presence on the scene.

“It’s causing tailbacks, and it could cause some disruption to some at Christmas if it’s got parcels inside,” he added.
