The high-flying Division Two outfit beat Championship side Foresters 10-5.

There was another shock defeat for Division Two side Athletico Fairway, beaten 2-0 by visiting Dearne & District, one of a handful of Under-18s League teams all making their debut in the competition.

Armthorpe Wolves U18s, beaten 3-2 by Division One Auckley (Andy Webb, Davis Baum, James Baskerville), almost sprung another surprise.

Rossington United, who lost 5-3 at Championship title contenders Railway, were one of two Premier Division sides to be beaten by lower league opposition.

Stainforth (Chris Cork, Ant Ross) lost by the same margin away to mid-table Division One side Sporting Wadworth.

Bottom side Pit Club Miners also went close to bowing out against Division Two opposition - they needed penalties to beat All Saints after it finished 4-4. But third-placed Dunscroft were never troubled when scoring six without reply at AFC Balby.

Tut ‘n’ Shive romped to an 11-2 win over lowly Balby Rovers. Chris Colley led the way with a hat trick with Martyn Wood and Niall Horstead both bagging a brace. Sean Elliott, Davis Stewart, Liam Coopey and Sean Kenny completed the rout.

Rossington Welfare handed unbeaten Division Two leaders Windmill their first defeat.

Rum Rooms beat Carpenters Arms (Dan White, Matthew Kilvington) 4-2 in an all-Premier Division clash.

Bentley Top Club, for whom Lee John (2), Josh Gibbons, Ryan Walker and Craig Aspinall netted, beat Club Athletico Regent 5-3 in another top flight clash.

Declan Sullivan scored both goals as Stag Inn Rovers won 2-1 at Balby Academy of Sport U18s. A four-goal haul by Marcus Butley laid the foundations for White Hart’s 6-0 win at Barnby Dun Colts U18s. Daniel Butler hit a double.

An Oliver White brace helped secure Bessacarr a 3-2 win over Championship rivals Balby Athletic.

Goals by Josh Firth, Daniel Halliday and Adrien Rafiel failed to save Wheatsheaf from a 4-3 defeat at Carcroft.

Tom Connor and Steve Clark shared four of the goals in The Salutation’s 8-4 win FC Ivanhoe. Michael Head and Martin Walker shared the Pit Club consolation goals in their 8-2 home defeat against Championship side Leopard.

Championship side Rakham posted a 7-0 win over Division Two visitors Woodfield. Andy McCreadie grabbed a pair with Josh Eaves, Mark Carter, Jordan Smith and Daniel Parkes also netting.

Tom McGlochlin was Division One leaders Real Bridge’s hat trick hero of their 4-1 win over Windmill Wanderers. Pete Walmsley also chipped in.

Bradley McFadden and Robert Lee both scored three as Rosehill Press beat Second Division FC Wheatley Hills 11-1. Arran Jakobsons and John Corrie both doubled up with Ryan Ambler completing the scoring.

Championship side Finningley Athletic (Adam Riley, Pete Lindsey) lost 4-2 at lower division South Kirkby.

FC Brookside won 5-1 at AFC Bentley U18s with Bentley West End doing a similar job (5-0) on Edlington White Stars U18s.

FC Cumberland coasted to a 7-0 win at Pollington Panthers U18s. Championship promotion contenders Scawthorpe Athletic beat Rossington Styrrup, second in Division One, 7-1.

Team 23 booked their place in the next round with a 4-3 win at Wheatley Club.
