Students get behind the scenes at trendy Sheffield restaurant

A visit to Sheffield's first celebrity-endorsed restaurant gave a party of students a taste of careers within the catering sector.

The group of five students from the Communication Specialist College Doncaster visited Marco’s New York Italian at West Bar Green to find out first-hand what it takes to work in the catering and hospitality sectors.

During their visit they met the restaurant’s chefs, Lee Crookes and Vicky Wainwright, who told the students about their own career journeys, before giving everyone the chance to make their own burger patties.
