South Yorkshire petrol station closed off due to police incident

Police have cordoned off a South Yorkshire police station this afternoon following an incident.

Edlington Service Station, on Edlington Lane, is closed and police tape has been set up at the scene.

Part of the front of the shop has been damaged.

The Star has contacted South Yorkshire Police for more information and is awaiting a reply.
