Three appliances attended the incident.
No one was in the property at the time.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
Firefighters attended a derelict building fire at the former Coalite site in Bolsover last night.
Firefighters attended the incident at 10.13pm last night in Buttermilk Lane and left the scene after about an hour.
No one was injured in the incident.
