SLIDESHOW: Team Verrico charity fundraisers in the pink

The fundraiser involved 15 minutes of kettlecardio, 15 minutes of insanity and 15 minutes of boxercise – thankfully with a rest and a drink in between!

All proceeds from the event will go to help the fight against rare cancers.

Paul Verrico took to Facebook to thank people for taking part.

“Really grateful to the ILI gang this morning and all those who supported.

“I think it’s really important to recognise what you’ve done.

“With the money raised today you’ve either paid a tenth of a research project in Sheffield.

“Or you’ve sent some poor cancer sufferer to Harley Street for a second opinion on cancer treatment with one of the leading oncologists.

“This is real - every penny raised will go directly towards the TeamVerrico objects.

“I can’t thank you enough and this is the very best way to honour Anna Verrico’s memory. Love to you all.”
