Sheffield's Seven Hills' pupils rise to the challenge
Young entrepreneurs at Sheffield's Seven Hills School have taken up the 2016 Master Cutler's Challenge.
Pupils have signed up alongside big names in South Yorkshire commerce and industry to see how they can make £50 investment grow to raise cash for Master Cutler Craig McKay’s nominated charities, St Luke’s Hospice in Sheffield and Rotherham Hospice.
The pupils at Seven Hills have launched fundraising by selling £1 tickets for a raffle to be drawn July 1. Prizes include dinner at city restaurant Bill’s, a trip to The Deep in Hull and a visit to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Their efforts were praised by St Luke’s Corporate Fundraising Coordinator Jack Kidder.
