Scooter rider hit by car performing U-turn in traffic jam in Doncaster
A scooter rider was taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was hit by a car performing a U-turn on a Doncaster road.
The 57-year-old scooter rider was struck by a black Fiat Punto after the driver performed a U-turn while in stationary traffic on the A630 Sheffield Road, near Warmsworth, at 6.30pm on Friday.
