Rock stars Biffy Clyro to perform intimate Yorkshire gig for lucky few

Chart-topping rock stars Biffy Clyro are festival headliners but a few lucky fans will get to see them perform an intimate gig live in Leeds.

Everyone who has bought a ticket for this year's Reading or Leeds Festival can enter a ballot - deadline midnight on Thursday - for chance to attend an intimate acoustic set, using this link which will go live today at bosses say there are just 100 places up for grabs to this exclusive live acoustic performance which will be held at Headrow House, on Wednesday, June 1, at 7pm.

Successful ballot entrants will receive a confirmation email, with a link through to ticket collection, on Friday, May 27, from 8.30am.

And the cost to attend...just a £3.50 transaction fee, payable for each ticket.

All proceeds will be matched by Leeds Festival and donated to local charity, Martin House.

Performing for the tenth time this year at Reading and Leeds festivals - which take place August 26 to 28 - the phenomenal rise and success of Biffy Clyro lives within the festivals’ folklore.

They are one of five headliners, topping the main stage in Leeds on the opening night, Friday, August 26. Other headliners include Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foals, Disclosure and Fall Out Boy.

They head up a sensational Bank Holiday Weekend also including performances from Jack Ü, The 1975, Imagine Dragons, Boy Better Know, Nas, Chvrches, The Vaccines, HAIM, A$AP Rocky, Good Charlotte, Fetty Wap, Twenty One Pilots, Eagles Of Death Metal and many more.

With their highly anticipated seventh studio album Ellipsis on the way, Biffy Clyro have first agreed to kick off the summer with this exclusive special acoustic set in Leeds.


There is still time to enter, for a chance to attent the intimate Biffy Clyro gig - simply buy a ticket for Leeds or Reading Festivals then enter before the deadline at midnight on Thursday - using this link will open at 6.30pm, with the band on stage at 7pm. And there is an age limit of 14-plus.

Tickets for Reading andd Leeds Festivals 2016 are on sale now. Weekend tickets are £205 plus £8 booking fee. Day tickets are £59.50 plus £7 booking fee.
