Richard Vallance pleads not guilty to wounding/ inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent at Doncaster court

Doncaster man Richard Stephen Vallance is set to appear at Sheffield Crown Court after pleading not guilty to wounding/inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.

Mr Vallance, aged 35, of Argyll Avenue, Intake entered his not guilty plea at Doncaster Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday August 9).

Mr Vallance who was charged following an incident on January 13 spoke to confirm his details at the five minute hearing.

District Judge Kate Meek told Mr Vallance the offence was so serious that it could not be dealt with at magistrates’ court and would be transferred to crown court.

He was granted unconditional bail until his next appearance at Sheffield Crown Court on September 6.
