'The suspect, who we believe lives locally, is thought to have been standing near to Dixy Chicken, on Silver Street, before he reportedly began following the woman at a distance.  'As she approached a more secluded area close to the North Bridge, Marshgate, he sexually assaulted her. Thankfully, a member of the public saw what was happening and ran towards them. This spooked the suspect and he ran off towards HMP Marshgate. 'From reviewing CCTV footage in the area, we identified this man who we are keen to speak to. He is described as being in his 30s, between 5ft 6ins tall, with a clean-shaven bald head.
