The pair, of no fixed above, were both found guilty of breaking into the Flares bar on Hall Gate and Austin was also found guilty of breaking into McDonalds and the Slated Beauty hairdressing salon, both in Doncaster.

They were identified when Police and Community Support Officers recognised them on CCTV footage.

PC Terry Davidson said: “Both offenders have caused distress and disruption at the premises they broke into and I would like to give recognition to the PCSOs, who were successfully able to identify Jones and Austin, as we have now been able to take action and punish them appropriately.

“Burglary is an intrusive and upsetting crime and I hope all of the victims feel they have now received justice from these sentences.

"In all circumstances of burglary, we will work to ensure wherever possible, we are able to identify the offenders, bring them before the courts, and prevent them from doing it again.
