“North Lincolnshire Cook4Life is a fantastic project that will give both families and individuals the support they need to cook healthy balanced meals. People often think that healthy meals aren’t appetising however healthy meals do taste better than fast food or takeaways. It is important that we all eat healthily and look after ourselves. We want to ensure North Lincolnshire residents are healthy.

“The Cook4Life team aims to provide people with this knowledge so that they can easily cook a nutritious meal within a budget. We understand that not everyone’s budget will be the same, which is why the team will have a range of recipes to suit individual needs.

“If you think you could benefit from this exciting new project get in touch with our Health Trainer service to find out more details. Everyone is welcome to register their interest, whether you are an individual, couple or family.”
