NEIGHBOURHOOD police officers have made the Potts Lane car park in Crowle and the town’s St Oswald’s Church number one priority areas in Axholme North.
Previously, anti-social behaviour and vehicle nuisance has been reported in the car park and youths congregating and causing a nuisance to residents at the church has also been highlighted.
During February there were no calls concerning Potts Lane although there was a call relating to an incident of snowballs being thrown in the nearby Market Place.
There were also two calls relating to the Church Street area.
The two complaints concerned youths behaving in an anti-social manner, being noisy in the street and banging on one resident’s windows.
Neighbourhood officers attended and the main offender was identified and spoken to at his home, in front of his parents.
The 13-year-old boy has since apologised to the resident about his unacceptable behaviour.
