Police issue warning after arrest of 'homeless' man for drug dealing in Doncaster

Kind-hearted Doncaster residents are being urged not to give money to homeless people in the town - after a man who claims to live on the streets was found with drugs ready to sell.

During a search of a man who claims to be homeless, officers in Doncaster town centre found him carrying a number of individually wrapped drug deals this morning.

South Yorkshire Police said the man is not homeless and urged people to donate to charities which help those in need.
