Police issue urgent appeal to find missing woman last seen leaving South Yorkshire hospital

South Yorkshire Police are urgently trying to locate a missing woman who was last seen leaving a South Yorkshire hospital this morning.

Cheryl Tune, 54, was reported missing after leaving Rotherham District General Hospital at about 9.50 this morning.

She was last seen walking along Moorgate Road heading towards the town centre.

Police say that Cheryl, who has long dark grey hair which she often wears in a plait, is wearing pink pyjamas, a hospital gown, a long grey coat and purple dotty socks.

She is also thought to be carrying a large black handbag with her.

Police are growing "increasingly concerned for her wellbeing" and have appealed for the public's help to ensure she is safe is well.
