These are the most popular takeaways in Doncaster, according to Deliveroo

The firm, which has just turned two in Doncaster, has compiled a study into the town’s eating habits, revealing the foods locals most like to tuck into.

New data reveals Friday is the night most locals prefer to stay home with a Deliveroo, while Doncaster locals can’t get enough of Mexican, with the Quesadilla Cravings Box from Taco Bell being the most popular dish in the town.

Friday at 7:31pm is the most popular time for Doncaster folk to order from Deliveroo.

And the five most popular dishes are:

1 Quesadilla Cravings Box from Taco Bell

2 Bacon Double Cheese XL from Burger King

3 Cheese and Tomato Pizza from Papa Johns

4 Karisik Kebab from Lalezar Restaurant

5 Egg Fried Rice from Taste of China

Since its launch in the town two years ago, more than 100 restaurants have signed up to the platform. Deliveroo has created work for more than 120 people, with the majority of these being the Deliveroo riders who deliver your food which is cooked fresh to order and delivered to your door within 30 minutes.

Deliveroo supports local businesses in Doncaster, with 60% percent of its restaurant partners being local independent restaurants, creating new revenue streams for homegrown culinary talent.
