Lucy, a nine month old mini shnauzer, salty black in colour, has been missing since May 18 when she ran off from her Hilltop Road home in Conisbrough at around 4pm.

She was last seen on Sheffield Road where it is reported a fire engine stopped as she ran in front of them at around 11.45am to midnight, but after that she drops off the radar.

Owner Rebecca Thompson described Lucy as timid, and liable to run off, adding: “We are now offering a £500 reward for her safe return.

"She’s nine months old, not trained off lead, or road safe, and very vocal but timid.”

If you’ve seen Lucy or know her whereabouts please phone 07854518826 or 07539217201.

Rebecca is also asking people who read this to share it to get the picture of Lucy as far as possible.
