Police worried after man, 45, goes missing after trip to Doncaster shop

Worried police are appealing for help after a Doncaster man went missing from home yesterday evening.

Officers who have been called in to help find him say concerns are growing for 45-year-old David Maxwell welfare are growing.

David was last seen at around 8.20pm yesterday evening, Tuesday April 14, leaving ashop on Sandford Road, Balby.

A spokesman said: “David is described as being around 5ft 11ins tall with a shaved head. He is thought to be wearing green shorts and carrying a camouflage backpack.

“Do you know where David might be? Have you perhaps seen him while out on your daily exercise or could your CCTV have captured his journey from Sandford Road?”

Anyone who may have seen David or may have any information that can help officersto track him down, is being asked to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 837 of April 14 2020.
