Jonathan will be sending pre-recorded videos to people the night before so that they can familiarise themselves with the exercises in the morning classes.
Then the following morning, the class will be going live from a private Facebook group.
“I decided to have the classes in the morning before traditional work hours so that key workers can join in,” he continued.

“Moving around can help you emotionally as well as physically - even if you can’t do the exercises just jogging on the spot can make you feel better.”
At a time when many people will be staying inside due to government guidance he says that it’s important to stay healthy despite gyms being closed.
Jonathan is also running one to one classes with his clients who he is currently loaning out gym equipment to for free.
