Fire round up: Car and wheelie bin destroyed in Doncaster

A car and a wheelie bin have been destroyed in separate fire incidents in Doncaster overnight.

In the first incident, crews from Doncaster fire station were called to Abbott Street in Hexthorpe at 12.15am after reports that a wheelie bin had been set on fire. The blaze is thought to have been started deliberately.

In a separate later incident, crews from Adwick fire station were called out to Stocksbridge Lane, Owston to deal with a car fire.

The Ford Focus was totally destroyed in the incident but at this stage the cause is not known.
