Family and friends pay tribute as one of Doncaster's oldest residents dies, aged 104
One of Doncaster’s oldest residents has died at the age of 104.
Gladys Hornsby, who was known as Rene, died on New Year’s Day.
An obituary said Mrs Hornsby passed away peacefully ‘at home as she wished.’ on January 1.
The wife of the late Maurice Limb and late Ernest Hornsby, the obituary said she will be “sadly missed by family and friends.”
The funeral service will take place at Rose Hil Crematorium on January 28 at 3.20pm.
