The music star - real name Costadinos Contostavlos - became furious when Doncaster mum-of-one Jade Easthope described his new single Splash as a “guilty pleasure,” according to reports in The Sun.

After spotting the 26-year-old mum's Tweet, Dappy's Twitter account privately messaged the mum.

It blasted: “Unfollow me now, please. I don’t want you following me. If not I will block you.”

After Jade asked why he was angry the account replied: “See now f**k off you fat ugly pig.

"Forget about me, stop mentioning me, shut the f**k up.

"My music hates you, you ugly, fat s**t. Listen, f**k you and your guilty pleasure b******t.

“Fat b***h blocked.”

Jade told the newspaper: “I’m 26 with a little boy, so it isn’t the kind of music I would play in front of him.

“It’s more one I would listen to with headphones in, which was why I said it was a guilty pleasure.”

“I was really shocked,” she said. “I was pretty taken aback by what he said - given he went from zero to a thousand within seconds.

“I’m quite thick-skinned, but if it was someone who is easily offended then you don’t know what might have happened.

“They could have taken a drastic turn based on what he said.

“I’m never listening to Dappy or N-Dubz again.”

The star has never been far from controversy and has made a number of appearances in court and in 2008 was found guilty of spitting in a girl’s face while drunk on a night out.

He was also convicted of battery in 2007 and twice more in 2008.

In January 2013, he was found guilty of assault and affray and in February 2014, was convicted of common assault. In September the same year, he was convicted of an assault in Reading and given a two month suspended prison sentence. In 2017, Dappy was convicted of possession of a bladed article in a public place.
