Calling all budding Pamela Andersons - fancing being a Baywatch style lifeguard in Doncaster?

Doncaster is looking for lifeguards for its pools across the town – and while you might not be patrolling the beaches of the United States in skimpy red outfits like Mitch and CJ in the classic 90s TV series, you’ll still be taking on a rewarding role.

Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust has vacancies across Doncaster.

A spokesman said: “This is an exciting time to be join the company as we commence with a significant investment programme of venue improvement which will offer opportunities to progress across the portfolio.

"It is expected that you hold a nationally recognised pool lifeguard qualification to be able to take the responsibility of working in one of our pools as a lifeguard, however the role can be more than one area.

"You could also find yourself at work on an ice rink, outdoor activity facility or co-ordinating dry sports activity. Professional development is expansive and will be focused on supporting you to reach your potential.”

Salaries start at £9.31 an hour.

The Trust is also looking for swimming instructors, fitness class co-ordinators and catering assistants as well as a wide number of other roles at its leisure centres and venues across Doncaster.
