Owston Ferry event swells charity coffers

Raising a cuppa and cash were visitors to the recent Isle of Axholme Physically Handicapped Society’s coffee morning.

The event was held in the Coronation Hall at Owston Ferry where coffee and scones were served.

There were various stalls including cakes, cards, tombola, together with a prize raffle.

The organisers would like to convey a special thank you to everyone who contributed and supported the event to make the morning a great success.

The group meet on the first and third Thursday of the month at the Community Well Being and Youth Hub, High Street in Epworth.
