For the next year tenants and staff will be able to access free monthly classes for adults & children, nutritional education & guidance, children’s boot camps and a free online wellbeing & advice centre.

People simply need to log onto and enter the registration code ONGO1 and then create their own personal account details unique to them. Once online people will be asked to fill in a wellbeing questionnaire and the answers are then used to create a tailor made wellbeing service.

The online advice centre is going to be updated regularly with advice about a variety of lifestyle issues such as meal ideas, stress management and help with sleep.
