A seven-storey £24 million private build student accommodation facility in Sheffield’s city centre is now complete.

The building, to be run by Host, that manages 42 sites across Europe and the UK, opened on November 29 with a ribbon cutting ceremony

New-build ‘The Elements’ will provide 735 bedrooms and private outdoor courtyard on Sheffield’s Bramall Lane. The management team has a five year agreement with Sheffield Hallam University to help house students in the building’s accommodation.
