This new Sheffield city restaurant has just opened - and here's how you can work there

Bella Italia, the UK’s leading Italian-style family restaurant, has opened its doors at Sheffield St Paul’s Place.

The 130-cover restaurant, complete with hanging flower displays and a rustic interior, has opened in the city centre, joining the city’s other branch at Valley Centertainment.

The new opening boasts the chain’s new winter menu, including over 15 new dishes inspired by classic Italian favourites and an array of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options.

The range of winter warmers includes:

Conchiglione Basilicata, giant shell pasta filled with a spicy Basilicata sausage, baked with tomato and bechamel sauce

Spinach & Squash Cannelloni baked in a four-cheese sauce

Arancini Pollo, crispy risotto rice balls filled with chicken, sundried tomatoes and mozzarella

Risotto Zucca, a vegan dish of butternut squash risotto with roasted leeks, sundried tomato and spinach

Katsu pizza topped with a sweet and sour sauce

Kieron Stephenson, General Manager at the new site, said: “For almost thirty years Bella Italia has been bringing a true taste of Italy to towns and cities across the country.

“Sheffield is certainly thriving at the moment and we’re really excited to have opened in the heart of the city centre – hopefully we’ll see some familiar faces and we’re looking forward to welcoming a new wave of customers through our doors.”
