New homes sell fast to prove Sheffield is a property hot spot

A new homes builder has experienced an unprecedented demand for its new homes in the Sheffield suburbs with its latest development selling almost all its current availability in just a matter of weeks.

Leading housebuilder Miller Homes, which has its Woodmore Place development in Mosborough and Graves Fold development in Norton, aims to support buyers in the city by supplying homes in locations that help with modern day living.

“Sheffield is something of a property hotspot given that it is a fantastic city, packed with culture, retail and attractions and it is just minutes’ drive from the stunning natural beauty of the Peak District,” said Natalie Moore sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire. “Coupled with the variety of homes we have and the ways in which we support buyers to realise their house buying dream, purchasers have been keen to secure their chosen plot early in the sales process at both of our developments.”

There are currently just a handful of three and four bedroom homes available at the developments, however, further releases will be made in the coming weeks.

“Our reserving online option means that, should a buyer not be able visit a site they are still able to reserve their desired home and make an appointment just a few days later,” said Natalie. “And, if the plot has not yet been released it is possible in some cases to place an ‘early bird’ reservation on a home meaning that first refusal is given to that buyer once the plot has been officially released for sale.”

Prices at Woodmore Place currently start from £190,000 for a three bedroom ‘Hawthorne’ style of property, and at Graves Fold from £350,000 for a four bedroom detached.
