A new charity shop is set to open in Doncaster town centre next week.
Cats Protection is to open a branch in Printing Office Street on February 26 - securing the organisation a permanent base in the town centre.
Publicity officer Leah Dickinson said: "Cats Protection is active in the local area and the Doncaster branch has been established for many years now.
"We're moving into a new phase in terms of fund raising for the cats and kittens in our care with our new charity shop."
The store will stock a wide variety of items, helping to raise cash which will be used to fund care for cats and kittens.
The charity, formerly The Cat Protection League, was founded in London in 1927.
