Ryan Hindley marked his first match in charge of Rossington Main with a 4-1 win at Division One basement side FC Bolsover.
The victory ended a run of five defeats on the spin in all competitions.
Former Hallam and Worksop Town boss Hindley strengthened his squad with two more acquisitions ahead of the game.
Goalkeeper Callum Fielding arrived from Maltby Main and much-travelled striker Jordan Turner joined from Premier Division outfit Handsworth Parramore.
It took Rossington just three minutes to take the lead through a Declan Howe strike.
The hosts did not help themselves when on 21 minutes an own goal made it 2-0.
Howe grabbed his second and Rossington's third on 62 minutes to all but wrap up the points.
Turner, who was also named captain, marked his debut by adding the fourth on 79 minutes before Dan Smith netted a consolation four minutes from time to deny Fielding a clean sheet on his debut.
Harworth Colliery are still looking for a first away league win of the season after crashing to a 5-1 defeat at Hallam.
Harworth were behind after just three minutes when Micah Bishop clipped the ball over goalkeeper James Gamble from a tight angle after being played in down the right.
Colliery were back on level terms on 15 minutes when Brandon Ashmore was bundled over in the area and Matt Robinson sent the goalkeeperr the wrong way from the spot.
Tyler Bradley restored the home side's lead five minutes later with a powerful header and Bishop volleyed in his second before being sent off for a mis-timed challenge on Adam Colton.
Harworth though could not make their numerical advantage count and Kieran Watson scored twice in the closing stages to condemn them to a fourth defeat in five games.
