Mobile speed camera locations in northern Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire announced by Safer Roads Humber for the remainder of the week are as follows:

Tuesday December 16: A15 between Humber Bridge and Barnetby Top, and A614 Thorpe Road, Howden

Wednesday December 17: Great Coates Road, Grimsby, and A165 Skirlaugh

Thursday December 18: A164 Leconfield & Moorwell Road and Yaddlethorpe

Friday December 19: A18 Barton Street, between B1203 Ashby Top and county boundary and A1033 Thorngumbald

Saturday December 20: Safety cameras will be visiting sites across the region

* Please remember that Safer Roads Humber has fixed cameras located in the 30mph limits on Clough Road, Spring Bank West & Stoneferry Road in Hull;

in the 40mph limit on Beverley Road, Hull; in the 50mph limit on A46 Laceby bypass; and in national speed limits on A1079 Beverley bypass and A1079

Market Weighton. Average speed cameras are in operation on Peaks Parkway, Grimsby (40mph).

National speed limits – the maximum speed limits for cars and motorcycles is 60mph on single carriageways and 70mph on dual carriageways, less for other types of vehicles.

Safer Roads Humber plan to operate mobile safety cameras at these locations on these dates, weather permitting. However, this is the minimum speed enforcement undertaken and Officers can visit any of the Partnership’s other sites, on any day of the week including evenings and weekends. The

Partnership can enforce at any location along a safety camera route. Please drive safely and watch your speed at all times.

Humberside Police reserves the right to enforce speed limits on any road, at any time. Those who exceed the speed limit risk prosecution.
