A post on Facebook claiming to be the sister of a woman who lived in the house described shattered glass everywhere and called for people to come forward if they knew who was responsible.

She said that one man had used an axe, while another had used a bat.

Horrific photographs of the front door and windows showed the extensive damage to the premises.
