A rapid response vehicle, an ambulance and an air ambulance were sent out to the scene, in the Adwick area of Doncaster, at 2.21pm.
The man was taken to Norhern General Hospital, Sheffield, by air ambulance.
It is not known exactly where the accident happened, or if the injured man was the vehicle driver or motorcycle rider.
