Man grabbed woman in park

The incident happened in Scunthorpe’s Central Park at around 4.30pm yesterday (Tuesday).

Officers are investigating reports a woman was followed by two men and grabbed by one of them as she walked through the park with her two-year-old child.

Both men were said to be white and aged 19 to 20. One wore jeans and a navy hooded top. The second – who is said to have grabbed the woman’s arm – wore a grey tracksuit.

The men fled when a man known to the woman challenged them.
