The deadline to highlight Doncaster’s exceptional youth is fast approaching - with nominations closing at 12 am tonight.

We are looking for children for the following categories: Math Marvel, Dynamic Fundraiser, Technology, Wonder Writer and many more which can be seen here.

Presented by your Doncaster Free Press, this year’s event, once again supported by Amazon will be held in the Doncaster College on Wednesday, October 10.

Stuart Morgan, General Manager of Amazon’s facility at Doncaster’s iPort, said: “I was honoured to be part of the judging panel last year and was overwhelmed and impressed by all the Superkids.

“In every community in which we operate, we support great causes on our doorstep. We’re proud to support Doncaster Superkids, to be able to honour tomorrow’s citizens, the academically talented youngsters who support our community, overcome adversity, are brave and go one step further.

The event is a great chance to highlight the achievements of the youth of our town.

This year's award's show will be hosted by BBC Young Apprentice star Ashleigh Porter-Exley.
