Hide AdOn Saturday, March 25, two Sheffield Wednesday teams – both home and away sides - will battle it out in a bid to grasp the prestigious Charity Cup.
Reverend and the Makers’ front man and bass player will be there to do their bit.
“John and Ed are both big Wednesday fans and we are delighted that they are able to join us for this very special day,” said St Luke’s Corporate Fundraising Manager Jack Kidder.
To take part and play for Wednesday alongside John and Ed all you have to do is raise a minimum of £500 per person.

Hide AdIn return, players get full use of Sheffield Wednesday Football Club’s player facilities and changing rooms, will receive a SWFC kit, and a meal after the game for themselves and a guest in the 1877 suite. They will be given a souvenir team photograph from the day, and player’s medal.
Mr Kidder added: “This really is the perfect gift for a real Owls fan.
“It’s a truly unique opportunity to step out onto the famous Wednesday pitch and be part of a memorable sporting occasion.”
