Isle school forced to close for a second day after boiler breakdown

Axholme Academy in Crowle will remain closed for a second day after the boiler broke.

Pupils at the school in Wharf road, Crowle were sent home at 11am this morning (Monday November 23) and the school will be remain closed tomorrow.

An engineer is currently working to fix the boiler.

The school is expected to open on Wednesday.
