A great turnout is expected for the Isle of Axholme Vintage Tractor Run, to take place on Sunday from 11am in aid of Lindsey Lodge Hospice.
One of the organisers, Geoff Fillingham, said: “Entries have flooded in, and we have been well supported locally, and from all over Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and further parts of Lincolnshire.”
The starting point is Epworth pub the Mowbray Arms, that will supply bacon buns and hot drinks to entrants. A buffet lunch is provided for drivers at the Wheatsheaf, Belton, where tractors will be on view for an hour from noon. Later at the Mowbray Arms will be a fly-past by a Spifire along with the drawing of the raffle.
