Internet giant Plusnet to create 100 jobs with opening of new Doncaster base
Broadband provider Plusnet is set to create 100 new jobs by extending its Doncaster base.
The South Yorkshire tech firm is already recruiting staff for the new unit which will be established within the BT contact centre on Carolina Way.
A Plusnet spokesman said: “As part of the BT family, we're extending our customer service team to BT's Doncaster contact centre, to support our customers as they rely on connectivity more than ever before.”
Plusnet, which provides broadband, landline, IPTV and mobile services, was founded in 1997 in Sheffield and in 2007 was acquired by BT but it continues to operate as a separate business.
It has more than 750,000 customers across the UK and already has a Sheffield office at The Balance in Pinfold Street.
Full details about the roles being recruited are available at the Plusnet Careers website HERE where people can also apply for the advertised positions.
