Staff are sleeping comfortably after the hotel they work for was awarded a prestigious accolade from the world’s largest travel site TripAdvisor.
The Holiday Inn Doncaster A1(M) junction 36 hotel has scooped the Certificate of Excellence for it’s consistent rave reviews online.
To qualify for the award, businesses must maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five - with Doncaster’s hotel taking pole position.
Nigel Dibb, the hotel’s general manager, said: “Historically, TripAdvisor had those in the hospitality industry quaking in their boots, as it’s easy to worry that only those with negative comments post reviews.
“However, we are confident that our levels of service are exceptional and that our offering is of the highest quality and it seems that the reviewers agree!
“This is the first time we have achieved this accreditation, but we look forward to striving to maintain it.”
