Cowboys and cowgirls were out in checked shirts, boots and hats, to perform western-style dances for parents and visitors to Oughtibridge Primary School’s end of term event.

Mules were on site for supervised rides, and refreshments including ginger beer were available in a ‘saloon bar’ run by the youngsters.

Key stage one pupils also displayed and sold craft items they had made, including dream catchers.

The thriving school boasts many extra-curricular activities, that include a ‘dinosaur club’, origami club, and circus skills.
