A CRAFT Fayre for Thurnscoe group Little Hopefuls raised £400 towards helping families with children who have special needs.
An evening of clairvoyance will now take place on May 4 at the Park Inn, Manvers, with tickets costing £6 to further boost funds.
And on June 2 there will be a Diamond Jubilee celebration at Houghton Road Community Centre, Thurnscoe, with games, stalls, and many other attractions.
This follows the last successful Easter Fayre that made £300. Michael Atwal-Brice of Little Hopefuls said: “If anyone can offer a bouncy castle or raffle prizes as donations or at a reduced price, it would help us secure more funding for equipment that children need.”
The support playgroup will be closed on Saturday for two weeks. Telephone Michael on 07595035596 for further details.
