Help Pride of Isle in latest venture

Tickets for the next Pride of the Isle presentation evening in a new venue are on sale from April 1, as the charity extends its help to a new cause.

The committee are supporting 19-month old Lucas Parry (right), who suffers from severe cerebral palsy and is unable to stand alone or walk. A total £7000 cash is needed for a sensory room for the youngster, as his parents Tessa Whiting and Liam Parry acquire specialised equipment. The youngster has been admitted to intensive care in Scunthorpe Hospital twice recently due to the severity of his condition.

Pride of the Isle is hosting a number draw whereby people pay £10 via its JustGiving website to have 10 chances of winning a cash prize in a draw every month.
