The North Lincolnshire Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) has launched its new dedicated website to bring together safeguarding information.
The website, www.northlincslscb.co.uk, has safeguarding information all in one place for children, young people and families, and the professionals who work with them to access. This includes:
Parents and carers – support and advice on keeping children and young people safe and what to do if you are concerned about a child
Children and young people – information on keeping themselves safe (split into relevant age groups)
Professionals – professionals who work with children and young people can find the latest information and resources
Take a look at the website for yourself and see what it has to offer.
We are keen to get people’s feedback on the new website. If you have any comments to make, email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Councillor Rob Waltham (pictured), cabinet member for people said: “The Local Safeguarding Children Board website is a great resource for children and young people, their families and the professionals who work with them. It brings all the necessary information around safeguarding children and young people together.
“It is a fantastic website that is set out very clearly to suit the needs of everyone. It will make a huge difference to the service that the Board provides in North Lincolnshire to safeguard children, protect them from harm and promote their welfare.”
