Gouda news! The Chuckling Cheese Company is set to open the doors of its new shop at Frenchgate Shopping Centre.

To celebrate the launch of their new store in Doncaster, the artisan cheese company will be hosting a grand opening on Saturday (August 4) where they will be giving away goodie bags and running various competitions and giveaways.

Emma Colclough, director at The Chuckling Cheese Company, said: “As a company we are very excited to be opening our store and becoming part of the Frenchgate Shopping Centre.

“We’ve had a pop-up store at the centre for a while and it’s been really well received so we can’t wait to finally open the doors of our permanent home in Doncaster. We’re looking forward to welcoming customers with a feast of samples from our cheeses, drinks and sauce selection!”

Founded in 2012 by Emma and Stuart Colclough, The Chuckling Cheese Company recently opened their first shop in Hildred’s Shopping Centre in Skegness.

The shop at Frenchgate will offer a wide range of cheese produced in Skegness at Lymn Bank Farm, alongside a wide range of artisan alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, chutneys, sweet treats, and wedding cakes.

Karen Staniforth, assistant general manager at Frenchgate, said: “This is such an exciting time for Frenchgate – customers have been really enjoying The Chuckling Cheese Company’s pop-up store, so we can’t wait for them to experience the full range of products.

“The grand opening is set to be a fantastic event where our customers will be treated to some of the delicious cheeses on offer – you won’t be able to resist buying yourself a little treat to take home too!”
