Move your good intentions on by turning up to the camp at Epworth Thurlow, 10am until 11am, and receive qualified fitness instruction in exchange for your unwanted Christmas stuffings.

Instructor Sue Taylor who runs the camp said: “Every year Isle Lose It holds a Chocolate Amnesty Camp for two big reasons: all donations go straight to The Salvation Army who distribute all unwanted goodies to people less fortunate than ourselves. And you can head in to January with super healthy cupboards so are not tempted to go back on New Year resolutions of being fitter and healthier. You also get to take part in a fantastic ILI fat burning workout for free.

“It is a win win!”

The open camp welcomes anyone over 18 who gives a donation of some unwanted Xmas treats (chocolate, biscuits, crackers, sweets etc) that must be in date.
