CONISBROUGH Castle will be going back to medieval times during an action-packed weekend of fun.
The clock will be turned back to the 13th century on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 August and all aspects of medieval life will be celebrated.
Re-enactment group Escafeld Medieval Society will take over the castle’s grounds for two days of courtly activities and living history.
Visitors will be able to get a taste of medieval foods, while armour and weaponry will also be on display.
The event runs from 11am to 5pm on both days.
Admission prices are £5.50 for adults, £5 for concessions or £3.50 for children with a family ticket.
