“We are extremely proud of all the children for their mathematical determination, effort and achievement as well as their eagerness to support a charity, they are a credit to our school and to their families.”

Emma Hobson from the NSPCC added: “It is great that Epworth Primary have chosen to support the NSPCC as it helps us to reach more children with our ‘Speak out. Stay safe’ message and helps to raise funds to support our Childline service.

“The children taking part told us ‘it’s cool, it helps us get better in maths and raises money so it’s doubly good – or times two.”
